First course provided by WA-MS by WA-MS Teacher and Education Working Group co-chair Prof Ranil Wickramasinghe

The first WA-MS Education course was delivered by WA-MS Teacher and Education Working group co-chair Prof Ranil Wickramasinghe. It was delivered online on the 1st November 2021 as part of the 3rd African Membrane Society International Congress, Dakar, Senegal, November 2-5. The course was organised by WA-MS Education Working Group Member and AMSIC President Dr Ablo Doucoure. Prof Wickramasinghe gave a course on “Membrane Based Bioseparations” which included topics of membrane fundamentals and commercial applications, as well as the application towards bioseparations. WA-MS looks forward to finalising and delivering its five courses shortly.
